Loving Dog Won't Say No When Foster Kitten Begs To Be Carried Around The House!

People seem to think that dogs and cats don’t get along. But that’s far from the truth. And Raylan is the best example to prove just what special bond cats and dogs can form.

For the past seven years, this rescue shepherd mix has acted as a dad to many foster kittens. And he takes his responsibilities very seriously. Laura Tindal, Raylan’s mom, can attest to the fact that there’s nothing that makes him more excited than a new kitten arriving in the house.

Even though he is a senior dog, he is not the type to lay around all day, sleeping. Instead, he enjoys playing with the kittens, cuddling them, and looking after them however he can. The most recent fosters are two kittens named Ron and Hermione, who were found abandoned in a garage, dehydrated and alone.

When Laura brought them home, it was clear that they missed their mom. Ron was struggling even more than his sister, but Raylan stepped up to offer his help. The two of them fell in love immediately. Hermione also loved Raylan, but Ron is so attached that he follows his big brother everywhere. He always wants to be near him, and he loves when Raylan picks him up and carries him around in his mouth.

And Ron is not shy about it. He always asks Raylan to pick him up, by standing under his mouth and meowing loudly. And Raylan always obliges. Raylan knows how it feels to be abandoned. He was left on the street when he was just two years old, and Laura rescued him just hours before he was going to be put down.

Now, Raylan and his mom are determined to rescue homeless kittens and get them the help they need. Thanks to their hard work, Ron and Hermione are still together in their forever home.
