It is horrifying to see just what sort of cruel and abusive behavior people are happy to unleash onto poor, innocent pups. Just what exactly is going through their mind through these moments? Certainly, that must have been the question when a Sheriff’s Deputy found this poor Dachshund pup.
To the policeman’s shock and horror, the Dachshund (later named Jimmy) was discovered tied up with electrical and duct tape before he was left to freeze to death, forgotten in a ditch. According to officials, the poor pup was allegedly thrown out of a car and had gone unnoticed for 12 hours before his rescue.
Luckily, Jimmy is well on his way to recovery, and is doing much better. Police are hoping to get him back to his rightful owners, who are definitely going to keep a closer eye on him next time! Please be informed that some viewers may find the images in the video disturbing.
