This touching video tells the beautiful story of a Paralympic athlete who had to retire his Labrador guide dog.

After years of loyal service, Paralympic athlete Enhamed noticed the signs and knew it was time to retire his best friend and guide dog Gayla.

“It’s hard to think about my life without her,” Enhamed says.

The 9-time Paralympic medalist, who lost his eyesight when was an 8-year-old kid. He’s climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and run the NYC Marathon. Through it all Gayla was right there by his side leading the way. They were partners for 7 years!
