How They Rescued This Darling Pup Is Going To Drop Your Jaw

Here’s a heartwarming story about the rescue of Venus, a sweet white German shepherd pup who was abandoned in the desert.

For four months, a rescue called Hope For Paws had attempted to take her in, but she was too wary of humans and wouldn’t let them near, so they had only been able to provide her with food. As a last resort, the team called in a doctor to help dart her with a tranquilizer gun. It took hours of long waiting before the pup was far enough from the highway for the shot to be made, but it paid off.

The pup was taken to a mobile vet unit, stabilized, and then taken to rest up for a night in a hotel with the team. Gradually, Venus became more relaxed and finally allowed herself to be pet and touched. She was flown to LA the next morning, where she received a much-needed bath and the care she deserves. Now, she’s doing much better, and can’t wait to find a forever home! Adoption details are all in the video. Please like and share so Venus can find a family!
