Because we are both social creatures, getting some playtime is really important for both pups and humans alike!
It is during these play sessions that both the young of our species get to learn how to appropriately interact with each other, de-escalate tension, and just have fun! (Ideally, anyway – reality isn’t always as kind.)
As a pup, what better way to start off learning how to play than getting rambunctious with your littermate? Lucy and Otis the English Bulldog puppies cannot be more than a few weeks old – but that hasn’t stopped them from rough-housing with each other on the sofa!
It is the most adorable sight to see – it doesn’t matter that these pups are still learning how to walk, they still feel the need to bug each other and be a nuisance! Sounds like the eternal sibling squabble transcends species as well. It looks like some things just never change!
