The world, unfortunately, is not a kind place. There are dozens, if not hundreds of pups, who are in desperate need of homes. Shelters can house tons of pups at the same time, but it’s really not ideal – these pups need one-on-one love and care.
And that, sadly, is something that a shelter struggles with providing.
On top of that, pups need to be socialized in a home environment too. It is, after all, ideally where they will spend most of their time. That’s why foster Moms like this woman are in great demand! But sometimes, these foster parents will fall in love with one of their charges – or in this case, both of them!
Stella and Stormy the Golden Retrievers were originally pups that were under foster care – but not any longer! They have been adopted by their beloved foster Mom, and have now found their forever family. Not every pup gets this lucky, however – that’s why supporting rescue centers are so important!
