Pups often seem to have a very high supply of energy, and they know exactly what to do with it: play, play, and play again! For many pups, it can be difficult for them to sit down and pay attention to one specific thing that doesn’t involve food, and they won’t sit still for anyone!
For Lincoln, adorable nicknamed Piggy by his parents, focusing on just one thing for longer than two seconds is almost unheard of. But when Mommy puts on a video of patterns popping up onto the screen, designed for babies, it catches the pup’s attention immediately. His eyes are glued to the screen as he watches rainbows form colour by colour, and flower petals pop up one by one!
According to Mom and Dad, this is a very rare occurrence: Piggy just sitting down and fully relaxing and paying attention to something. It’s a lovely new discovery and it’s taught them how to keep him occupied and how to help him relax. We sure do learn new things every day!
