Sometimes, the best thing you could ever do is to reward yourself by just sitting outside and soaking up everything! It is a pretty grounding thing to do, to just take the time to be super aware of the sights and sounds around you. Who knows – maybe you will gain a new appreciation for nature that way!
This German Shepherd pup is taking a break to enjoy himself in his family’s garden. Lying down on the green grass, he is alert and excited, taking in all that is happening around him – from the sun shining down onto the grass, to the neighbor banging away next door!
Even though this pup seems like he isn’t doing anything, it is clear he is in fact taking a moment to fully appreciate the present. And he is quite excited about it too! Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned here from this happy little pup.
