So. What exactly causes snoring? For those of you who weren’t already aware (or were blessed with peaceful sleeping partners), snoring occurs when our breathing is somewhat blocked, usually by our own soft palate.
This basically means that anything with a similar anatomy can also end up snoring as well – including, you guessed it, pups!
This Labrador Retriever puppy happens to be a great example of it in action. After a long day of play, all this pup wants to do is nap for a bit with the rest of his siblings. And since there isn’t exactly anything stopping him, he does exactly that!
Sleeping on top of his favourite stuffed toy, however, may not have been a very wise idea, no matter how much he loves it. It looks like it is interfering with his airway somewhat, and now this poor pup can’t help but snore in his sleep!
