Unless you live near the sea, a lake, a river, or some large body of open water, you don’t get to go boating very often. In fact, for some of us we may have never even been to a large body of water! Instead, it’s an incredible treat just to go.
Ziggy the Dachshund isn’t entirely unfamiliar with the idea of boats and open water. After all, a family friend owns a boat – which means he can hop on a little more often than the average pup gets to enjoy! The only problem is that it can be a long way to the nearest lake. Not everyone can or will make a full-day expedition for just a few hours of boating pleasure!
Still, that’s not stopping this family. After all, who wouldn’t want to get some fun on a boat! Ziggy ends up enjoying a boat ride that lasts only two hours before he has to go back, but oh! What a splendid trip it was!
