This Adorable Pup Is Such A Harry Potter Fan That He'll Respond Only To Harry Potter Spells!

A well-trained pup is a sight to behold. Being the smart creatures they are, it’s no surprise that dogs can learn to obey a variety of spoken commands with ease.

But while most people use normal words – such as “sit”, “stay”, or “roll over” – to train their pups, Anna Brisbin opts for a different “language” altogether. You see, Remus the miniature dachshund is Brisbin’s prized pup – and he’s trained to respond to Harry Potter spells!

Brisbin is a YouTuber well-known for her hilarious and amazing character impressions. Fans also know she’s a huge Harry Potter fan. Recently, Brisbin decided to publish a video on YouTube showing Remus’ spellbinding skills in action!

This adorable video is nothing short of impressive. When Brisbin says “Stupefy”, the Stunning Spell, Remus quickly lies down and stays put. When she says “Wingardium Leviosa”, a levitating spell, the pup stands up on his hind legs and follows her wand. When she says “Avada Kedavra”, the Killing Curse, the pup rolls over and plays dead.

But that’s not all. Remus can also turn a light on and off to “Lumos” and “Nox”, go up and down the bed to “Ascendio” and “Descendo”, come out of hiding to “Revelio”, and stay still in one place to “Immobulus”. And there are still more spells he knows!

Remus is definitely a well-trained pup, and he’s been trained with these spells since he was 2 months of age, and he’s one year old now. He gets plenty of treats and love in exchange, of course, and he’s all too happy to respond to his Mom’s wand-waving. What can we say? This pup has us all under his adorable spell!
