Chance the German shepherd pup arrived at the Caron Shelter in California on the 18th of March. When he was scanned for a microchip, it was discovered that he head a family, and it seemed that all that was left to do was wait for them to come and pick him up.
But several weeks later, Chance, who is a senior pup aged eight years old, still hasn’t been collected. While no one wants to imagine the worst, there’s a high chance that this poor dog was abandoned – though seeing how beautiful and sweet the pup is, it’s very difficult to imagine that anyone would want to give him up!
As his family still hasn’t come for him, Chance may need help staying at a temporary or potentially permanent home with a new family that won’t ever desert him like he may have been deserted. If you’d like to help, contact Carson Shelter at 310-523-9566 or visit the shelter at 216 W Victoria St. Gardena, CA 90248.
