This Adorable Pup's Self-Control Is Worth A Standing Ovation For Sure!

Young children are not known for having too much self-control. Self-control requires patience and some restraint. When things are exciting, they have trouble containing their enthusiasm!

Dogs are not that much better! But, just like children will get older and learn self-control, we can train our dogs to have more control. You have to imagine that teaching a dog not to eat a dog treat can take time and a lot of patience. But the rewards are incredible. Just look at this brief video featuring Molly, a beagle.

Her dad is able to balance treats on her nose! Then Molly just has to sit and wait. She sits patiently waiting for the command that lets her know it is okay to eat! Imagine how hard that is for her to not only see those yummy treats but to smell them too! Great job, Molly! You certainly earned those treats!
