A very exciting event for just about every parent is the day when they first go home to pick up their beloved pup. The trepidation, the anticipation – how will their lives change from this day forth?

This pair of parents are on their way to pick up their new addition to the family – Zeus the long-haired German Shepherd! It is an event neither of them wants to miss, and it is clear they are willing to travel a fair bit to pick up their new bundle of pride and joy. (And really, we would all do the same too!)

It’s a long way to the breeder’s house, but it is a journey well worth the effort when a puppy is involved. First, they greet the sire and the dam (who are both very happy to see them!), then finally carry home in their arms their new 8-week-old puppy!
